- participating works will be assessed by two professional international juries - a jury for the film category and a jury for the photography category,
- both juries shall have at least three members - professionals in photography, video and diving,
- the professional juries shall be appointed by the festival board,
- photos shall be assessed anonymously,
- the juries reserve the right not to award any of the prizes,
- the festival juries shall assess all participating works between April 7th - 9th, 2010,
- winners shall be announced during the gala evening on May 22nd.
